Maruti Suzuki has rolled out July 2026 offers across its Nexa premium range, with the Grand Vitara mid-size SUV getting benefits of up to Rs 95,000 and the Invicto MPV attracting up to Rs 2.10 lakh in combined discounts. The schemes bundle cash discounts, exchange or scrappage bonuses, loyalty benefits and corporate offers.

What was announced

Maruti Suzuki's July 2026 Nexa scheme covers the Grand Vitara and Invicto with a mix of cash discounts, exchange or scrappage bonuses, loyalty offers for existing Maruti owners, and corporate benefits for approved organisations and finance partners. Exchange and scrappage cannot be combined; the loyalty bonus stacks only with exchange. Discounts vary by city and stock.

Rs 95,000 off a mid-size SUV that starts near eleven lakh is a nudge, not a nudge worth switching your shortlist for.

Invicto benefits are slightly lower than the June 2026 scheme. The Invicto is priced between Rs 24.97 lakh and Rs 28.60 lakh ex-showroom, and shares its platform with the Toyota Innova Hycross. The Grand Vitara continues to be sold with mild-hybrid petrol, strong-hybrid petrol, CNG and AllGrip AWD options across Delta, Zeta, Alpha and Alpha+ trims. Discounts on the strong-hybrid variants are typically leaner than on mild-hybrid trims, and dealers may offer additional accessory bundles depending on inventory in your city.

The Car Jury verdict

A Rs 95,000 cushion on the Grand Vitara sounds tidy until you break it down: exchange and scrappage cannot stack, and the loyalty bonus needs an existing Maruti in your garage. For a mid-size SUV that fights the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Skoda Kushaq, the real cash discount buyers walk away with is modest. Motor Inc of Motor Inc put it bluntly, saying Maruti Suzuki is "always the one that will be talking about efficiency and they've always been perceived as boring except for a few highlights." That perception hurts here, because the Grand Vitara's hybrid still commands a premium the discount barely dents.

The Invicto's Rs 2.10 lakh package is more meaningful, but the Toyota Innova Hycross twin remains a niche buy. Our stance on the wider Maruti Nexa lineup, including the e-Vitara, stays WAIT.
