Mahindra's upcoming Vision S SUV has been spotted testing again in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, with two camouflaged mules driving back-to-back through the hill town. The fresh spy shots, shared by enthusiasts Sanchit and Tony Narula, finally reveal production-spec LED DRLs on one of the test cars.

The Vision S was caught testing in Mussoorie by automotive enthusiasts Sanchit and Tony Narula, with two heavily camouflaged mules driving back-to-back through the town's narrow lanes. This is the second sighting in the hill station, suggesting Mahindra is using the gradients and tight streets for real-world durability and thermal validation ahead of the 2027 launch.

The circular headlights everyone obsessed over were placeholders; the Vision S will arrive with a sharper production DRL signature that fits Mahindra's current design language.

The headline detail is the front lighting. Earlier prototypes had been running circular LED projector headlamps, and because the same units appeared on multiple test cars, the assumption was that this would be the production face. The latest shots overturn that. One of the two mules now carries a fresh LED DRL signature that reads as production-spec hardware, while the second car continues with the circular units, now understood to be temporary assemblies used on earlier validation mules.

The rest of the SUV remains under heavy camouflage, with cladding masking the bumpers, wheel arches and greenhouse. No interior images have surfaced from this round of sightings, and Mahindra has not officially commented on powertrains, dimensions or positioning for the Vision S. The 2027 timeline aligns with Mahindra's previously stated product roadmap for its next-generation SUV architecture.
